These terms explain the general conditions for purchasing, downloading, using, and receiving support for MultiVendorSuite products and services.

Product access

  • Purchases provide access to the selected MultiVendorSuite product package, license benefits, updates, and support according to the plan purchased.
  • You are responsible for keeping your WordPress, WooCommerce, theme, plugins, hosting, and backups maintained.
  • License keys and account access must not be shared publicly or used to bypass plan limits.

Support and updates

  • Support covers MultiVendorSuite features, installation guidance, configuration questions, and confirmed product defects.
  • Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility changes, security improvements, and new features.
  • Custom development, third-party conflicts, server administration, and business operations are outside standard support unless agreed separately.

Acceptable use

You may not use MultiVendorSuite to operate illegal marketplaces, distribute harmful code, violate platform rules, or infringe third-party rights. You are responsible for your marketplace policies, vendor terms, taxes, payment processing, customer data, and legal compliance.

Payments and refunds

Prices, taxes, payment methods, and refund eligibility are shown during purchase or described in the refund policy. Setup services, custom work, and completed support services may have separate terms.

Limitation

MultiVendorSuite is provided as WordPress software for marketplace management. We cannot guarantee specific revenue, search ranking, payment processor approval, hosting performance, or third-party service behavior.
