Support Policy

MultiVendorSuite support helps customers install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain the plugin on supported WordPress and WooCommerce sites.

  • Basic advice for launch checks and marketplace workflow testing.

Not included in standard support

  • Custom feature development or custom business workflows.
  • Theme redesign, content writing, data entry, or marketplace operation tasks.
  • Server administration, hosting migration, DNS, SSL, or payment processor setup unless covered by a setup service order.
  • Fixing third-party plugin or theme conflicts where MultiVendorSuite is not the source of the issue.

How to get faster help

  • Send the site URL, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, MultiVendorSuite version, PHP version, and exact issue steps.
  • Attach screenshots or short screen recordings when helpful.
  • Use a staging site for deeper troubleshooting when possible.
  • Never send passwords in plain text. Use a secure temporary access method when access is needed.

Support response times depend on request volume and plan level, but urgent security and purchase-access issues are prioritized.
