How to get faster help
- Send the site URL, WordPress version, WooCommerce version, MultiVendorSuite version, PHP version, and exact issue steps.
- Attach screenshots or short screen recordings when helpful.
- Use a staging site for deeper troubleshooting when possible.
- Never send passwords in plain text. Use a secure temporary access method when access is needed.
Support response times depend on request volume and plan level, but urgent security and purchase-access issues are prioritized.
