We want buyers to have a clear and fair purchase experience. This policy explains when a MultiVendorSuite product purchase may qualify for a refund.
Software refund window
For first-time software purchases, you may request a refund within 14 days if MultiVendorSuite cannot be made to work as described after you allow our team a reasonable opportunity to help.
Refunds are not available for
- Issues caused by unsupported hosting, outdated WordPress or WooCommerce versions, heavily modified themes, or conflicting third-party plugins when no product defect is confirmed.
- Change of mind after download when the product works as described.
- Setup services, custom work, migration work, or consulting after work has started.
- Payment processor fees, hosting fees, third-party service fees, or domain costs.
- License misuse, redistribution, or violation of product terms.
How to request a refund
- Contact support with your order email, license key, website URL, and issue details.
- Provide temporary access or screenshots if needed for troubleshooting.
- We review the request and confirm the result by email.
Approved refunds may disable access to downloads, updates, license benefits, and support for the refunded order.
